Format
- Coed 4's — 4 players on court + 1 substitute
- At least one player of each gender on court at all times
- All skill levels welcome — Advanced, Intermediate, and Beginner divisions
- Max 40 teams — waitlist available once full
Entry & Payment
- $140 per team (covers tournament expenses, prizes, snacks, and side events)
- Pay via e-transfer to registration@luiscup.com
- Payment due within 12 hours of registration to secure your spot
- Non-refundable, but transferable to another team

Good to Know
- If the event is suspended for a major reason (e.g., weather or court closure), a new date will be arranged. Teams unable to attend the new date may sell their spot.
- Team captains must arrive 1 hour before the event to help with court setup, and are the primary point of contact for their team.
- Any alcoholic beverages from sponsors are for participants of legal drinking age only.
- Photos and videos may be taken during the event. Please inform the organizers if any player prefers not to appear.
